Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Chem-Log ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use Chem-Log on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind that company.

1. The Service

Chem-Log lets pest control companies record pesticide applications, attach photos, keep an approved product list and produce service reports. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information, including your applicator certification number where requested.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
• Company owners and admins control who joins their company and may remove members.

3. Your responsibility for compliance

Chem-Log is a record-keeping tool. You remain solely responsible for complying with pesticide labels and all federal, state and local laws, including licensing, application rates, record content, record retention and reporting.

Product information, EPA numbers, mixing guides, application sites, suggested values and weather readings in the app are provided for convenience only and may be incomplete or wrong. The label is the law — always confirm against the current product label before use.

4. Your data

Your company owns the records, photos and other content it enters ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited right to host, process and display Customer Data only to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the right to collect any customer information you enter. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

• No falsifying records, uploading unlawful content, or accessing another company's data.
• No attempting to break, overload or reverse engineer the Service.

6. Fees

If paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be shown before you are charged.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. On request, we will help you export your company's records before deletion, subject to legal retention obligations.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or that it will satisfy any regulatory requirement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chem-Log is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, regulatory fines, or losses arising from pesticide use, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new date above, and continued use means you accept the changes.
